Working with David Newman, Michael represented ownership in leasing surplus office space in North Charleston while accommodating the owner’s continuing operations. The assignment resulted in a three-year full-service lease.
The project illustrates a practical objective: put available space to work while respecting how the owner uses the rest of the property.
